Chilli Chai

First taste is the Chai tea infused ganache, a smooth vanilla ganache with a chai tea infusion. Then comes the dark chocolate with slightly bitter vanillery cocoa, and last is the mouth warming chilli. Not excessive chilli, just enough to warm the palate.
